acum vad ca sau adaugat in  baza de date 33 tabele pana acum erau 5.

Ok,deci trebuie sa imi spui ce baza de date ai la xampp, ca eu rulai de 5 ori setupul asta, pe wamp, pe cpanel...no issues  ???

cred ca xampp foloseste mariadb? , pur si simplu l-am luat de la ei de pe site , ca sa fi mai sigur unde pot afla asta ?

Ok, se intampla ceva ciudat pe windows.
cand intrii la pasul 2 si instalezi tabelele da eroare, daca ii dai refresh merge si apar warnings can exista deja tabelele, dar poti trece la pasul 3. Inca incerc sa imi dau seama de ce....dar doar pe Windows se intampla.

ok , am crezut pana la urma ca este de la mine de la xampp , am zis hai sa iau wampserver si sa ii dau bice daca ai spus ca nu are erori pe wampserver, dar totusi , am sters si wampserver si o sa insist sa rezolvam si pe xampp pe windows sa mearga , revin cu  reply daca totul este ok

am descarcat din nou phpvibe , am instalat fara nici o eroare brici , totul este ok acum .
mai am o intrebare , se cam incarca pagina intr-un minut   adica foarte greu orice pagina , este de la mine sau are altceva?

Ia da-i click dreapta -> Inspect element si vezi ce erori ai in consola.
Eu banuiesc ca url-ul e gresit sau nu are / la final in vibe_config.php
Poti intra si in Network sa vezi ce incarca greu (tot acolo)

Când întru pe pagina prima data pana sa apară ca în poza care am pus-o mai sus îmi apare pagina alba, și sus de tot o singura "/" după care apare ca în poza , am sa ma uit diseară când ajung acasă de la munca.

de ce apar la fiecare cate 2 \\ ? este normal ?

Nope, nu e normal. La mine in wamp nu era asa. O sa ma mai joc putin cu el pe wamp, sa vad ce si cum.
Ce vad pe acolo sunt notices, care nu ti-ar afecta performanta in mod normal.
Ia vezi, daca pui ceva pe server si ii dai download, cum merge? Sa nu fie o pb de dns.
