phpvibe not allow install in the folder why ?

I try to install phpvibe in my folder i name it "video folder" but after i install when i login say 404 OOPS! PAGE NOT FOUND why its happen any tricks that can be functional hoping your response here my sample link www.xxxxx.xxx/video
