EDIT : I removed the old licence key and created a new one = all is good and running !

Hello !

I am installing 3.3 and am getting this message =>

"License key check with PHPVibe server has failed. Please add the correct license key for domain cheminement.com under vibe_config.php"

I double and triple check with store.phprevolution.com and the vibe_config.php file... all seems good !

Any help ?

Hi!

Good you got it solved.

Here are the 2 main reasons:

- license for other main domain
- license domain not entered as instructed

Just for the sake of the people which will bump into this thread.

domain.com add your domain like this format when create a license

The license key is active on our side and domain is valid.
Make sure you have curl and it works on the hosting account, try the tester also (it has a key simulation).
Also check the site url (maybe?)
