How i can lock certain channels i create, that just me as moderator can upload there and not the users or be locked for users when they upload videos!
Only the channels i give for free or i do not exclude, there can users use this Channel categories for upload.

The way I see it, under channels, it needs a mod to mark them as private, and the coding in the frontend submit

if(is_moderator || cat is public) then add it to the select.

moderator/edit-channel.php and moderator/create-channel.php (add the select for public/private)
