I have a <script> </script> type ad.

I tried to add it in the ADs section but I would like it to load with the homepage and stay there all the time instead of having to choose only to load it when clicking "Browse" or opening a video.

Is there an option add this HTML code in so it loads with my site and just stays there?

You just have to paste it in the template file.

Yes please tell me which file to edit and where to paste.

It's a script which overlays the whole website and displays as a chat window in the bottom right corner - so it should always be there.

If it's placed in "spots" on the site - it will only display if those spots are accessed. Such as 'browse' videos it will display but only when you click 'browse'

You need to place it in tpl/main/tpl.globals.php in the footer or header functions.
