i search the file with the text "You are not the administrator of this phpVibe based website. Please login with the administrator account" for the Moderator Directory. In which file should I look?

I think it's under encryption in index.php (can't edit it freely), but we are working to change that part now adding some redirect to admin after login options http://demo.phpvibe.com/moderator/.
