Have you installed it on the server? Try the /usr/bin/ffmpeg instead as path.

its probably your server. why dont you run the requirements-tester?
this is what you should do in the first place before buying a premium software

maybe your server is compitable, but you have not the requirements like ffmpeg, ioncube 4.0+  etc. which you have to set up

to be sure, just download the requirements-tester from the phpvibe website, upload it and watch the results

also you can look into the error logs to find the problem

Let me get this, an 300 mb video gets converted but an 700mb one does not?
What's your hardware? An 700 mb video it's heavy to convert via ffmpeg, it may put down an good server.
