Out of these four methods,i think you and Mario can help me with any of the two options as you guys have coded phpvibe.(Meta tag and html file upload options).

I don't see what the problem is there, it's not cms depending, any of the techniques (except the meta-tag one).
Use the html file one, upload it to your root via ftp and continue...10 seconds thing.
