Actually i'm using the PHPVibe v4.22, and  I think the patch 22 is the last one, how we can see in this topic: http://www.phpvibe.com/forum/phpvibe-announcements/phpvibe-4-0-patches/#new

But, my Dashboard is accusing that my release is older. So, where's the last update?

Simple Answer. There isn't one. In a different thread. It's stated its a hiccup. As long as it shows you got the latest one. Then you have it. It's just a bogus alert.
