Hi Alex,

Wanna ask question again.

I found the erorr message when opening video, the erorr message is :"erorr loading media file could not be played"

The erorr message not found before, and all video can be played normally. But when i get high traffic, all video shown erorr message like that. But when i clicked the video, it`s run properly, but until a few second, the video stopped, but the time still running.

Can you explain what caused ? my site is neps.tv

If they are local videos, most probably the server being overloaded returns the video to slow for the player to read it before that timeout error.

any hosting server has a limited number of concurrent connections. If preset number is exceeded,  anything over gets reject from the server. so is the db lookups.
