Can anyone tell me which files to modify in order to customize the script with my design as shown in the mock design attached? I read on the forum where someone said /tpl/main/tpl.globals.php but for some reason I cannot add my design because it shows blank

tpl.globals.php has the header and footer as functions. This is where you want to edit.
