Recently i tried to embed this video script in an webview android app. results were great but self hosted video did not play properly. only youtube video play properly other video site do not support.
i will suggest you should make a native app for this video cms and sell it seprately or include in package.
i have not published it on market. when i do i shall give you a link to help me to resolve the issue. hope its a good suggestion.
cant wait for the ffmpeg support and new version of the cms. have great plans for it
