but the problem is not with the converting the problem that apple device not upload video file it upload file that his size is 0b.

I know we've tested the upload on 4s and that ipad 'air' and it worked fine on testing...but right now I don't have any device to test on.

I'll try to get one for re-testing...can you tell me what device (which version and IOS version)

my devices iphone 5s ios 7.1.2 and ipad 3 ios 7.1.2.
pls re-test it and understand what i mean.

I don't have a solution for you at the moment, I've asked 2 persons to upload with 5S and they say it goes fine.
I'm trying to find an device that has the same problem as you, but so far no luck.

When you upload, the uploader starts, goes till 100%, or what's going on, describe it in detail please.

When I upload a file this is not show the precents like 15% 70% it's just tick with the green "v" without upload the file it's say upload and the file size is 0b I try to upload MOV AND MP4 that I transfer from my computer and nothing work.
Someone say to me that maybe this is flash uploader that not support ios devices?

Open lib/maxupload.js and see for yourself, there is no .swf (flash file) available for the uploader.
Just the html5 file api uploader.

I'll try to find an apple device between my friends and test it, here we all seem android fans, nobody has an ios device of any kind.

I have iphone 5 but when i tried to upload from photo section it is selecting video from photo section but not uploading.. in cpenle it is showing me 0kb video size and no thumbnail grabbing..

Maybe iPhone uses the default upload (fallback) in this case the server settings can indeed break/jail the upload.
How big are the files you guys try out? Have you tried an 1-3mb file?

Use the video upload section for videos
