A good 3rd party script for ads replacements :
Ads Managment Platform - v1.1
Except for the typo in the title, it seems ok, been playing with it on one of my Vibes and they fit nicely.
Note: This is not a PHPVibe plugin, nor have I coded it.

Yes, it's best if you don't mix them. I've added the markup from this instead of PHPVibe's advertising to lower load.
