Check you error logs and see what does it says, copy and paste you will get more help that way.

I see you have a 500 error. That means in most cases security is wrong somewhere. if you think all is correct, check owner and group of files and folder. You have to install it as the FTPuser of the domain, not root on the server....

I did all how is in guide of installation and have all what is necessary in my server but still nothing...
How can I get error log, I am using ISPConfig?
