Phpvibe would be perfect for me if instead of linking the videos, it will be downloaded directly to the server from youtube.

I wish to have videos stored in my own server.

In all this years, i've heard this hundreds of times, and tried it many times. But the problem with such a feature is that it needs to be updated periodically, and they where periods when none worked all over the web.
I can't add such a feature knowing it may not work as of tomorrow.

I can help you implement any class you wish for downloading, but to add one as feature, I will not do it, cause I know from experience it's a waiste of time.

Sorry for not being able to help, but Youtube are one of the trickiest companies to work against, they update so fast stuff that it makes it pointless any attempt to hide logo and get real path of file.
On win/mac software side it's easier, but php...it's just a temporary solution.

I can not find a reason why you want this feature.
Why should you increase your costs when you can decrease to a minimum.
If your reason is to be able to run ads in the player, your logo, then talk to a developer to make your own player with all the feature you what.

I don't recommend that, I got 21 mill pages removed from Google because of that 2-3 years ago.

To this extent its not recommended to download any videos from youtube either. This could cause you some major problems you might not ever want to deal with.

As for the millions of pages removed from google, you are absolutely right about not removing the logo...or the ads from google for that matter.
