How to add license? getting error to get key and there is no old keys in my account

Hi, it seems like there is a key for that domain on another account. What is the domain name?

There is a very old key for this domain, an old format license key in the system, I've deleted it.

The key was for user: a.****war@yahoo.com, do you have 2 accounts?

No. i only have one account matna***@gmail.com .. its weird because i own the domain since 2012

Maybe he had a typo or other extension, I don't really know...
