Comments & sharing on blog.
Reduce size (if possible more) on css and js files.
Remove cron from index.php and leave it for cpanel cron (some have has issues with shell_exec spiking the processor)
Choose conversion type: like now on upload or on time (system cron).

Plugin and theme architecture is the most important thing there which are missing. If you allow developers to make their own plugins, then the features become unlimited, and you will have more time for other things.

I still can't believe that you still didn't create easy theme changer. How that didn't came to your mind ? Instead you are waiting for 100 users to tell you that is needed ?

1 category's  thumbnails should be simple not scrolling, not round
2 Option to make submenu popup disappear ,
3 option to make subcategories view only text mode
   Like on the watchseries.it
4. That means subcat's can have subcat's

1 Facebook Open graph integration (ability to post videos to user wall if they click share or like) this will generate lots of traffic. Creates a viral lift to our sites.. and give PHPVIBE a huge buzz.
2 Like on 9gag.tv videos auto skip after they finish (after a few seconds)... This increases page views.
3 Site maps/ video sitemaps
4 ability to edit ads after you create them...
5 NSFW ads that will show up on NSFW videos only
6 Popup login button for non registered members (able to toggle on and off from admin section)
7 better mobile ads...(ads that will show up on the mobile site neatly

I already read the post you replayed to my my gf and we found it. But, why not simple like all normal world, again really simple, create in admin cp, section where u can upload ur theme and change it wtih 2 clicks ? Why not man ? Any particular reason ?

It would take a bit of code rearranging inside the core, as the theme is called before the options api in some parts, it would generate an error as it is now, and right now we didn't wanted to touch the code very deep as you saw how many understanding issues turn out for some when updating.
Not saying it won't be, just explaining why it didn't happen yet.

- Set Limitation for Uploads in backdend (like 5 uploads a day)
- A nicer Upload-Page
- add custom profile info from backend
- contact/imprint page
