I install Phpvibe 4.0 in localhost but i can't login admin page. when i login then show "No permission! You are not the administrator of this website. Login with the administrator account >>"

Please help me! thank

Who installed it for you.....asked them to tell the email and password...if you installed it by yourself, you must have made a xyz@site.com.....for clear example....xyz@phpvibe.com.
This is what i can tell by understanding the above heading of your problem....

Most probably it is an error in .htaccess

I install in live host it ii ok but i install in localhost so not OK.

Bro...you are so confusing.....don't tell me that you are on wamp server or something like that...can you tell me the name of your host, besides there are so many requirements of phpvibe...have you read about the requirements?

I install phpvibe in localhost Xamp server. in localhost all requirements of phpvibe i installed full.

Note: in phpvibe 3.6 i installed and not error

Before i tested phpvibe 3.6 in loclahost so not error. now i install phpvibe 4.0 so error 404 . i want to install in localhost (xampp) because i want to edit phpvibe.

I installed in Live host so not error

I solved problem install phpvibe in localhost

step 1: dummy domain (Virtual Hosts in Xampp server)

link: http://sawmac.com/xampp/virtualhosts/
example i create for virtualhost: mydomain.local

Step 2:
- get key in phpvibe (ex: mydomain.local)
- edit vibe_config.php
  define( 'phpVibeKey', 'V300-F265-xxxx-xxxxx' );

step 3: Start a Web browser and type a URL for the virtual host. For example: http://mydomain.local/.

All error: 404, can't login admin panel (No permission! You are not the administrator of this website...), license key =>  solved

Now, if you have a problem with the administrator login you can just reupload /setup and create an new administrator from there.
