i want install phpvibe in localhost (windows 8 with wamp server)
but i cant create new license key in phpvibe store!

pleease help

Hy there,
Try the following for your problem.
Start creating a vhost like here http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/smb-technologist/create-virtual-hosts-in-a-wamp-server/ and use as vhost a domain you have license for.
Everything will work .
