Did you change where the script is (subdomain/domain to folder) or something like that?
Does your server has mod_rewrite? Did the .htaccess files get uploaded?

Do you have the .htaccess files in order? Check, the server creates an empty one and if you don't overwrite it there are no rules for url rewrite.
