I have an uploading error

Always getting Bad Response: 400 Bad Request  even with small files like 3MB.

see http://grab.by/JGti

I am not running FFmpeg could this be why?

Can I still upload etc if I dont have FFmpeg or Libav ?

you can try to change php.ini settings.

make the max upload size about 2048 Mb. so that it will work.

Hi, depends on what you are using on server.

You can upload files, just makes sure they are mp4, flv, web playable formats, which using ffmpeg (makes sure it remains off in settings).

If you have a bad request:

- wrong permissions on upload folders (depends on server's setup)
- wrong upload configs

Here are some tips:

Hi! This doesn't make sense, it's actually funny, no offense intended!
You're probably hosted on poorly configured server. Isn't it?

I'm on a very good server but I have hackers all over my site and files. It's something that they are accessing and changing the settings to because one day it will allow me to share videos and then it will block me.

It's like they are trying to be funny...

What settings would block video sharing in the site and could it be that hackers are accessing this file or folder???

What is your server? Is it apache? Look on it, it will tell you more if you just find the file injections.
I think you may have a cache issue, try clearing the .cache files in /cache/
I'm guessing here, can't know for sure what's going on, but you have access logs and error_logs on your server, see what looks suspicious.
Any wordpress installs on server? Since we got hacked 5 times this week trough wordpress, thinking to switch back to html static website :)
