i am having an issue on my site... "/usr/bin/php -f /home/linkupvi/public_html/cron.php" is taking up too much cpu resources... my videos don't play and they can be uploaded either...

If you use several heavy crons the cpu will get spikes, it's normal, the volume for each import is very high.

1000 clips  = aprox 1050 requests to Youtube, and pages to process.

even when i delete cron.php whm is showing spikes in cpu usage
