but i dont want people remove the video our edit the video our image.
only administrators and moderators can delete or edit.

how do I do that?

Moderator Settings - Uploads Config - Own videos editings rule / change " Only moderators and up "

There is no video delete there, just unpublished.
Instead of waiting,you could have searched in code, find the button, remove it and continue your build.
