Looking for an expert developer who can customize phpvibe software. Following are the initial requirements:

1- Developer should be expert in php smarty and working knowledge with tpl
2- Separate database/site, ffmpeg processing and video file saving on different server instead of one for scalability
3- By default show no ads on page or video until approved by admin
4- Pull video files from youtube and dailymotion instead of embeding
5- Autoshare on facebook, google+, twitter and whatsapp by the uploader on single button
6- Create revenue sharing page for each publisher , where each publisher will also earn from the video uploade similar like youtube
7- Player should be playable/embedable on facebook by registering player through its api
8- Expert in customizing videjs player to integrate video ads in flash and html5 player

We have a good budget set for this customization.
