Cyrillic names of the files are not loaded. What to do?

Hi, can you give some more details? The file should not conserve filename but rename to hash.ext
Is it rejected on upload from the server?

When I upload file with the name in Russian, nothing happens. Nothing is uploaded on the server.

Gimme a filename example so I can test, see if it's the uploader or an server thing.
