100 GB Internet connection
20000 GB traffic

it's fast , but I just upload the videos ,  convert the video with ffmpeg it's slower , and it take some time.

This is my first  vps , I have a second Vps with lower spec , this is not the max you can upgrade to more if you want  , but for me its now enough

You can use a desktop on your server , I use Ubuntu 14.04 and teamviewer on my vps server.

Don't forget if you  use a  upload video site   its heavy , you need a good server spec

4 cores xeon ( unknown speed, might be even oudated ones )
300 Gb SSD HDD
10 000 Gb transfer ( around 10Tb)
and i bet my soul that the server speed is 100mbit, but prove me wrong with a speedtest print.

They have also a pro vps , I use the pro , transip have much choices

This  is my vps from transip  https://www.transip.eu/vps/pro/#x24 look on the link ,  you can add more to the vps I did that.
And this is my Hard-disk  from transip  https://www.transip.eu/vps/big-storage/ , I use phpvibe on it.

No the internet  connection on the vps is 100mbit.

phpvibe without ffmpeg can run on any shared hosting.
ffmpeg consume many resources so it is best to allow only upload files .mp4
I use for stream video a 15 euro server from online.net and watch video watch per day is maintained at 2-3% CPU and RAM load to 10%.
