How do i edit the width of the box on the right side?

Hi! Which page? So I can guess what "the box on the right side" refers to.

The right sidebar?
It's span2, you can make it span3 or span4, but you need to get down from content's span number.

left - span2 , content - span8 , right - span 2
The grid's line is span12 (so the math has to do 12 on those 3)

File is tpl/main/home.php
