I've noticed that if I attempt to edit a video, I can change and save everything but "visibility" and the "embed/iframe" fields. After changing these fields and click to save, the old data repopulates. For now I'm changing with phpmyadmin.

I'm sure that there have been patches for this, but as I have made customizations, I would like to know which files I need to change.
