Please guide me that i have registered a new Licence key for my site "videofeat.website" but i m facing following

" License key check with PHPVibe server has failed.
Please add the correct license key for the domain by editing the file vibe_config.php or check that your server can connect to labs.phpvibe.com "

i also check tester its also passed.

Please guide me what should i do?

problem is:

License key check temporary or permanent fail
License key check with PHPVibe server has failed.
Please add the correct license key for the domain by editing the file vibe_config.php or check that your server can connect to labs.phpvibe.com

hosting company support says:

" I have verified the IP address of labs.phpvide.com and it is not blocked by the server firewall.
It is however possible that the connection is made trough a port that is not opened by default. What I would recommend in this case is to check with heir support to see what port they use for the connection and to confirm also the IP address. "
