[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] errors after installing PHPVibe 3.3

Hi,

i just download the latest "PHPVibe33" zip file from the store and install it on my server.. but when i go on this link --> www.vidtube.me/login ... im getting an error and also when i go on registration page i got the same error.
