I Want Ask is it phpvibe have subtitle / caption upload function for video

Hi,
unfortunately not yet, probably around version 3.7 it will have.
Mainly the support is built for it, but still has to be taken to 100% and manageable in the admin.

There is no ETA on releases since we build many things (not only PHPVibe), when they are ready, they become available in the store.
