Hey Mario...while creating a new user, i entered the fb username too as it is in the option,but when i am trying to remove it, it's not getting removed...what to do.... :-\

Ok....understood, but talking of alternative,how can i remove that option, so that no one enters his/her fb username.

You can do it in the /profile/edit.php file in the theme.
