[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] No Permission after install with admin login

All it says is No permission. It's been like that for a minute. I gave up on the website a few months ago shortly after. I re-uploaded everything once again, change chmod and everything. I still cannot even start on the site.

didn't understand exactly your issue . do you mean installation was successful but you cant log in to admin panel ?

You can create multiple admin accounts from the setup.

Before going to /moderator you should be logged with an admin account.

Unless you have some issue in the database and the admin doesn't create...it happen once for somebody.
Did you try a different hosting? Error logs?

Well I am using an old database. What I will do today, is create a brand new database and see if that works.

im prety sure this problem can be fixed just by going to your phpvibe file on your computer find htaccess and upload it to your root over write the existing one i had this issue and couple people have i told them to re upload htaccess and the problem fixed

Step 1: Can you login in the site at /login with your admin username and password?

Did you try reuploading /setup and creating a new admin?
Can you post the error_log from your server?

I just logged in a a regular user, then went to the moderator page and it worked.

You probably mixed the admin accounts. You can see under users in /moderator :)
