Hello PHPVibers!

Thank you for purchasing PHPVibe or showing interest in our CMS.
I'm writing this to inform you that we are heavily coding the v3.5 version and that we may make some substantial changes to our business plan.

First,

PHPVibe 3.5 will be our final version for the year 2014. We are taking our time coding it because we want it to be fully stable, and not miss any essential function.
We would appreciate if the 300 mails per day asking about 3.5 arrival time would stop, and attention would shift on this thread, this would surely speed thing up.
Releasing this pressure from us, may help us code some more and faster.
We plan to add a foundation for use subscription (private videos, multi-group creation in admin, etc), have also added (99% done) mass-creation options in the admin panel (bulk videos upload, ftp upload).
We hope all can understand coding takes time, if it doesn't it will not be flawless.
v3.5 should bring PHPVibe to it's full potential, after themes and plugins will be released (already 12 themes are in html/css stage).
This new upgrade will be a paid upgrade for users which have purchased PHPVibe before February 2012 (that's an year ago!).

PHPVibe support, T.O.S will change,

Firstly we will move it as part of our upcoming marketplace, as a tickets system, replacing the e-mail service.
After 3 months of purchase the client support will become paid service (value will be decided closer to that moment).
We have been supporting some of you for 3-4 years for free, but now this has to stop, for the good of this project.
Also some clients have a private chat with our support, this will also no longer be tolerated.
PHPVibe support covers:
- product information
- product "how tos"
- product setup
BUT DOES NOT cover:
- server setup
- issues caused by an improper hosting environment (except script debugging)
- business plan of your website
- advertising plan
- any other personal plan related to using PHPVibe

We have always been friendly and we will always be, but we will no longer loose hours with everybody for free and then take insults from same people about being late on a release.
Actually, on this note, I hope everybody knows that insulting a member of my team will get his account closed, also harassing them on their social media accounts. You need to understand that we are 4 people serving 4281 people (I've just checked) and while we give our best to help every single one of you as fast as possible, we may have small fails here and there, we expect some understanding in exchange.

Upcoming T.O.S changes will hit users who sell PHPVibe, as we will instate a "top 12 licenses per account limit".
You can offer PHPVibe to friends, family, but not resell it. The only thing we accept is that you sell your full account.
When your clients come to us for support, you will risk full account removal (happens often lately and has to stop).
Clients which do not own PHPVibe will no longer be able to make purchases in the store (The cms should be the first purchase).

We all want PHPVibe to be the best script on the market, and your sites to become icons on the video sharing market, so, let's work together understanding each other's needs and also limits.
