http header by http://pr-cy.ru/headers/ and seen:
Expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT
Whats the problem?

I don't think is a code thing, probably server response headers indicate that (maybe when you have cache off in server it sets it to a past date so the headers always get refreshed).
