how do i enable voting/rating for guests, and logged by IP address so same person can't vote twice?

How much work is required? Just looking at the cost here if I am going to have it done custom.

Also, is there a way to use Disqus API along with Facebook/Twitter?

You need to modify the database, the like receiver , that's not an heavy part, the tricky part is to partition the likes table, as if you have 100ks of likes, it will bring down your database when searching if it's unique.

I haven't looked into Disqus yet, so Idk what it involves, but since they have php wrapper (that I know) it can be integrated in PHPVibe, not sure what steps would involve till I see their docs.
