problem now. No homeblocks defined by administrator.

how to unlock?

Login into administrator section, than click HOMEPAGE BUILDER then create block you wish there. Once created that message will disappear.

This is weird. Do the blocks show up under "Homepage builder"?
Did you revert from 3.5 to 3.4? If so, did you change the moderator files to?

Yes. i install all in 3.4

but still same.

the problem online homeblock

The most important answer was if they show in the drag in drop list under "homepage builder", you didn't gave an answer.
