I uploaded the script and installed it but the home page blocks are not showing like on videoinedit.com

You mean like carousel? But you have this option when creating or editing homeblocks.

You see how your image displays 6 block. Yet with us. If we make more then 3. 1 of the blocks gets randomly replaced with the newer block. That's just 1 of the many obstacles we are currently facing. Being it wont allow us to make/display more then 3.

Same with how the playlist on the front homepage wont display more then 100 playlists on the left side bar.

Even how our Channel wont display anything from the 3rd subcategory when creating a block or even from its main parent directory.
