A few months ago I installed version 3.5 and now I see that there is a version 3.6. 

What are the steps that I should perform to upgrade to the most recent version 3.6?

If I have 3.5 and want to upgrade to 3.6. I am having trouble understanding the steps.
I read the previous link that you sent that said I should only upload the changed files.

How do I download only the changed files from your site?

Or am I supposed to re-download the entire 3.6 and re-upload everything except for the config file?

I am getting an error messsage on this page; Do you happen to know how to resolve this error?
