My website with Phpvibe 3.6 is very very slow , and many times I get this error

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource / could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what's in the error log? What's you server build? Does it have anything that may conflict (mod_security, firewall modules)?

where I can find the error log ? how I can fix mod_security ?

before I had Clipbucket 2,6 it was fast

Searching in this forum for arvixe I see some people have had problems with them.

I can't tell you where your error log is, it depends on every setup, if you have cpanel it's or/and on your root as error_log file or in CPanel itself, once again it depends on the server's setup, it could be in many other places.
On a shared hosting you are not allowed to touch the server's config for modules (so mod_security changes are out of the question).
