Well not to be to sarcastic but,  this is the suggestion board not?

The link I presented offers simple machine learning script.  This would be awesome for a homepage block.   As a person watches different categories we could pull related videos that they may be interested in.  Like netflix and Google.   Since you watched: etc

I honestly just read the description, which is pretty misleading
This are easy implements, we don't usually add stuff like this, we try to keep the cms as simple as possible.

It would just be another homepage block layout.  I will probably work on this to see what I can come up with.
