How you tell us how to create a page for about us, privacy policy page, terms, etc... ?

Here is the problem, since 3.3 it's right now just for testing, it's not yet supported. We just collect data about it.
I can tell you to use the default template and the filter from it, but you won't know how to do that, as it's no documentation. So, hold development until stable and docs.

in index.php where? inside switch($page)? afterwards we call it with a simple a href?
