I am having issues uploading a video (21 MB, 2:11 minutes, Mp4). I keep getting Bad Response: 500 Internal Error Server. Any thoughts on why I am getting this problem? Another issue here is, although the video is not being uploaded some info is being sent to the database (There is no media, but there are multiple uploads in the database).

In contrast I have a similar video (12,2 MB, 3:06 minutes, Mp4) and I'm able to upload without problems.
Any ideas on how I can get around this issue?

What is your server setup?
Most common issues are the file upload size, post size and max execution settings.
SuPHP may cause issues with file uploads, so does using fast-cgi.
