the site needs a notice on every page that says 'videos used with permission from youtube'. people who own youtube channels have found their videos on my site and are falsely accusing me of stealing their videos, even after I send them information showing that it was legally licensed from youtube.

the problem is that even though I can put a license notice at the bottom of the page, the page inifinitely scrolls and makes it difficult to read.
