If I have 3.5 and want to upgrade to 3.6. I am having trouble understanding the steps.
I read the previous link that you sent that said I should only upload the changed files.

How do I download only the changed files from your site?

Or am I supposed to re-download the entire 3.6 and re-upload everything except for the config file?

How do I know which specific files had changes?  AM I supposed to download version 3.6 and reupload the entire thing or am I only supposed to upload specific files that had changes?  If its just the specific files with changes then what is the list of the specific files that had cahnges?

I looked at the picture image that you made that list the files that need to be changed. I iwll upload just these specific files.

Can I alternatively just re-upload the entire 3.6 version so that I make sure I don't miss uploading a file?

The list of file is attached to the first post in that thread I've gave you.
Best choice upload a fresh download and just keep the config file (if it's already upgraded to 3.5).
