I am planning to create live stream site using phpvibe, but i have no idea what is the requirements of live stream i found a site can create livestream but my connection here in Philippines to slow so any suggestion please i really appropriated. Then more requirement need also in livestream.

you can stream using ffmpeg and JWplayer, but you need to get the premium jwplayer
