I am new here and very confuse there no instructions and how to configure phpvibe ..

I am trying to import videos from youtube and doesnt work
any one can help me and tell me how to create categories ?

Hi! This is not the PHPVibe support forum, you need to verify your account.
But I can answer this, they are called "Channels" in the admin panel, if you click on it will show you two links "Manage" and "Create", click create for the category creation form.
You will be able to import/upload once you have a first channel/category in website.
