Hello,

I've some problem displaying videos on Chrome and Firefox. The error message is:

"Error loading media: The file could not be played". After this message, videos are displayed but timeSlider progress bar is not working properly...I can't stop/rewind/restart videos etc...

Also tried on Explorer and Android and there's no problem.

How where the videos encoded?

I import the videos using the redtube importer (grabbing direct link to mp4).

It does that for everybody, I'm not sure if you can touch this, it depends on the video load from redtube.
