Google doesn't index meta-keywords since last year or more.
That's not your issues, check if you have robots.txt file maybe you have an restriction there (PHPVibe by default does not have robots.txt, but it may be left there).

there is no problem that it's missing. If you had one and had block rules it would be a problem.
Most probably your page is dynamic and this is why it's not indexed.

Does site:www.yourdomain.com/index.php return any google result?
